Between Thursday, July 4 and Monday, July 8, troopers arrested 28 motorists for DWIs as part of a holiday enforcement detail.

Westchester County
- On Saturday, July 6, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Elvis A. Alvarado Siguenza, 24, of Ossining, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in Croton-on-Hudson, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Sunday, July 7, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Richard M. Panio, 67, of Croton-on-Hudson, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in Croton-on-Hudson, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Sunday, July 7, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Luis Lopez, 39, of Cortlandt, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in Croton-on-Hudson, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
Putnam County
- On Friday, July 5, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Riley M. Palermo, 20, of Phillipstown, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in Cortlandt, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Sunday, July 7, State Police from Brewster arrested Alan Rubin, 55, of Brewster, for DWI. He was traveling on Main Street in Brewster, when he was found disabled due to a flat tire. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
Dutchess County
- On Thursday, July 4, State Police from Wappinger arrested Martine B. Mitchell, 32, of Poughkeepsie, for Aggravated DWI Leandra’s Law. He was traveling on State Route 9 in Wappinger, when he was interviewed during a sobriety safety checkpoint. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol with children in the vehicle, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Friday, July 5, State Police from Rhinebeck arrested William Barry, 55, of Rhinebeck, for DWI. He was traveling on South Street in Rhinebeck, when he was involved in a two-car motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Friday, July 5, State Police from Stormville arrested Tamaya Nelson, 27, of Poughkeepsie, for DWI. She was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in Yorktown, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Friday, July 5, State Police from Poughkeepsie arrested Colin R. Sunday, 24, of Beekman, for DWAI Drugs. He was traveling on State Route 55 in Lagrange, when he was found unconscious behind the wheel of his running vehicle. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of drugs, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Saturday, July 6, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Toshina N. Davis, 39, of Poughkeepsie, for DWI. She was traveling on the Bear Mountain Bridge in Cortlandt, when she was involved in a two-car motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

- On Sunday, July 7, State Police from Dover Plains arrested an eighteen-year-old, for DWI. The subject was traveling on State Route 22 in Pawling, and stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed the subject was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Sunday, July 7, State Police from Wappinger arrested Colin R. Remick, 27, of Fishkill, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on Old Glenham Road in Fishkill, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Sunday, July 7, State Police from Wappinger arrested Ricardo Lopez, age, of Wappinger, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 376 in Wappinger, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Sunday, July 7, State Police from Lagrange arrested Dalton J. Desimone, 27, of Lagrange, for DWI. He was traveling on Noxon Road in Lagrange, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Monday, July 8, State Police from Rhinebeck arrested Tyler M. Crute, 19, of Hyde Park, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in Hyde Park, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
Fairfield County
- On Friday, July 5, State Police from Dover Plains arrested Rachel L. Ursitti, 29, of Danbury, for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 22 in Dover, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Sunday, July 7, State Police from East Fishkill arrested Johanna Schrader-Fentress, 49, of Brookfield, for DWI. She was traveling on Interstate 84 in Kent, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
